As you all know, I have been working on launching a money management program this year, and so far have passed my series 3 and registered with the NFA as I go through the regulatory process…
I received a letter yesterday discussing some issues with the site. Even though I am not soliciting for funds, or for that matter selling anything on the blog, it still qualifies as “Promotional Material” and is subject to the same requirements as if it were a solicitation for investment.
So, I have to go back to review and amend the posts so that the proper disclosures and other requirements are met. I will work to have the blog back online as soon as I am able…
